I had three jobs to be done, replace my chimney plate on top of my house, replace a trap door going under the house and redo my porch balcony completely due to rotten wood. Robert came to my house and gave me a reasonable quote to get the work done. The porch balcony was a challenge as it required to take it completely out and rebuilt it from scratch. Robert and his team did a wonderful job with the results on all three jobs looking better 👏 than the original construction. He added some nice esthetics that improved the look of the finish 👌 product. He also suggested to paint the chimney plate the same color than the surrendering vinyl to prevent it to rust like the original and increased the lap from 2 inch to 4 inch to reinforce the plate and make it look nicer. I definitely will use Robert in my future projects and recommend him highly to everyone needing work on their house, including painting which is his speciality.
